You will be surprised to learn that the world’s leading electric car manufacturing company is the REVA Electric Car Company in India. The Reva I has sold over 3000 vehicles in 20 countries throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America and its newest model, the L-ion is expected to make it to the U.S. The REVA I is an all electric model with a top speed of about 50 mph and a range of 50 miles (perfect for the urban driver).
